Welcome to Dot Marketing Lab. These Terms of Service explain how our white label SEO fulfillment services work. By using our website, requesting pricing, submitting a project form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Dot Marketing Lab provides fulfillment services for SEO agencies, digital marketing agencies, consultants, and reseller partners. Our services may include citation building, citation audits, citation cleanup, social profile backlinks, Google stacking backlinks, BatchGeo Map Stacks, GEO brand mentions, WordPress website building, and related digital marketing fulfillment work.

White Label Service Relationship

Dot Marketing Lab works behind the scenes for agencies and reseller partners.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we do not contact your clients, we do not represent your agency publicly, and we do not place Dot Marketing Lab branding on white-label reports. Your agency is responsible for managing the client relationship, setting client expectations, collecting approvals, and explaining the service to your client.

You may resell our services under your own brand, but you must not make false claims, guarantee rankings, or misrepresent what the service includes.

Service Scope

Each order is limited to the service package, quote, invoice, or written agreement approved before work begins.

The scope may include completed URLs, submitted listings, audit findings, cleanup notes, website build work, Google asset links, map stack links, GEO mention details, or a white-label delivery report, depending on the service ordered.

Work not included in the approved scope may require an additional fee. This includes extra locations, extra pages, extra citation sources, major content changes, new target URLs, new client details after production starts, custom development, or additional revision rounds.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information.

This may include business name, address, phone number, website URL, logo, business description, keywords, target locations, login details, WordPress access, hosting access, brand assets, or any other information needed for the order.

If the information you provide is missing, incorrect, outdated, or not approved by your client, the order may be delayed or delivered based on the information submitted. Dot Marketing Lab is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect client details.

No Ranking or SEO Result Guarantee

Dot Marketing Lab provides fulfillment work. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, Google Maps placement, traffic increases, lead increases, sales, indexing, AI search visibility, or any specific SEO result.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including website quality, competition, content, technical SEO, search engine updates, domain authority, Google Business Profile condition, backlinks, user behavior, and third-party platform rules.

Our responsibility is to complete the agreed deliverables and provide proof of work where applicable.

Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services depend on third-party websites and platforms, such as citation directories, social profile sites, Google properties, WordPress plugins, hosting providers, map tools, and other online platforms.

We do not own or control these platforms. They may reject submissions, change URLs, remove listings, delay approvals, require verification, limit links, suspend profiles, or change how content is displayed.

Dot Marketing Lab is not responsible for actions, delays, removals, or restrictions caused by third-party platforms.

Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the service type, order size, project queue, third-party approval process, and completeness of the information submitted.

Any delivery timeline we provide is an estimate unless we clearly agree to a fixed deadline in writing.

Orders may be delayed if login access does not work, required information is missing, verification is needed, payment is delayed, third-party platforms delay approval, or the project scope changes after submission.

Reports and Deliverables

Most services include a delivery report or completion summary.

Depending on the order, the report may include completed URLs, submitted URLs, audit findings, cleanup status, login notes, asset links, screenshots, WordPress handoff notes, or other project details.

Reports are prepared for agency use. You may rebrand or share them with your client unless we agree otherwise.

We do not guarantee that every link, profile, citation, listing, map, mention, or asset will stay live forever. Third-party platforms can update, remove, restrict, or change content at any time.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are allowed only when they are within the original order scope.

A revision may include correcting a clear mistake, updating a missed detail that was included in the original brief, or fixing a delivery issue caused by our team.

Revisions do not include changing the client, changing the business details after work starts, adding new locations, adding new pages, requesting new platforms, rewriting all content, rebuilding approved website sections, or asking for extra deliverables not included in the original order.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After that, extra changes may require a new order or additional fee.

Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are shown in the quote, invoice, package page, or written agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is required before work begins. Orders may be paused if payment is not received.

Because our services involve manual research, setup, submissions, content work, reporting, and production time, refunds are limited.

Refunds are not provided for completed work, change of mind, ranking expectations, third-party platform rejection, indexing delays, client dissatisfaction caused by expectations set by your agency, or delays caused by missing information.

If we have not started the order, we may offer a refund or account credit at our discretion.

WordPress Website Builds

For WordPress website projects, your agency must provide the required content, branding, page list, images, access details, and project instructions.

Unless specifically included in the quote, WordPress website builds do not include hosting purchase, domain purchase, premium plugin licenses, premium theme licenses, advanced custom coding, ongoing maintenance, malware removal, legal policy writing, payment gateway setup, or complex third-party integrations.

Any extra functionality must be approved and quoted separately.

Prohibited Projects

Dot Marketing Lab may refuse or cancel projects involving fake business information, fake addresses, impersonation, spam, illegal activity, deceptive claims, fake reviews, malware, adult content, hate content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any work that creates legal, platform, or reputational risk.

If a project is rejected for these reasons, any refund or credit will depend on how much work has already been completed.

Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the materials you provide to us, such as logos, images, website copy, business details, and brand assets.

You confirm that you have the right to use and submit those materials.

After full payment, you may use the completed deliverables for your agency or your client, subject to third-party platform rules.

Dot Marketing Lab keeps ownership of its internal systems, templates, checklists, workflows, processes, and production methods.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public client and agency project details as confidential.

We will not publicly name your agency or your client in case studies, testimonials, portfolio examples, or marketing materials without permission.

Your agency also agrees not to share Dot Marketing Lab’s private pricing, internal processes, templates, or fulfillment methods without written approval.

Limitation of Liability

Dot Marketing Lab is not responsible for lost rankings, lost traffic, lost leads, lost sales, lost revenue, business interruption, client disputes, third-party platform actions, search engine updates, hosting issues, plugin conflicts, or indirect damages.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
